You can obtain a Dubai tourist visa in the form of an electronic authorization (E-Visa) by submitting your essential travel documents and other relevant information. You can extend your UAE tourist visa for 30 days twice, without leaving the country.

Once issued, the visa remains valid for 2 months. During this period, the employee must complete medical tests, Emirates ID, and residence visa stamping.

Tourist Visa Renewal Process

Visa renewal is applicable for a tourist visa and visit visa. By conducting renewal, the applicant extends the duration of the visa for a specified period of time. This specified period is 30 days and the renewal can be conducted two times. Visa renewal allows the applicant to continue the stay for the specified period of time without committing an exit. The subsequent renewal must be conducted before the first renewal expires. The applicant is supposed to pay a visa renewal fee of AED 600 for a single renewal. And those individuals who violate the rules regarding the duration of stay and fail to renew are liable for a fine. The fine amount is AED 100 per day and is considered from ten days subsequent to the date of expiry. However, there are few exceptions for visa renewal. The visa renewal is not applicable for the individuals who are:

• GCC nation residents
• Residents who travel with GCC citizens
• On distinct entry
• Entry visa valid for 2 months
• On 96-hour entry to accomplish distinct tasks.
